We’re sorry, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges. This is because we operate print on demand, once the order is placed the product is being created from scratch specifically for you.
Once you have clicked on the “confirm” button, it is not possible to edit or cancel the order. If you want to change some parameters, like the your address, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. Video Game Threads is not bound to make such modifications, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
We rely on a global network of shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available.
If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on the shipping email we send you.
Each of the 3rd party printers in our global network manufactures specific products and services particular parts of the world. We ensure your goodies will be printed in the most convenient location for your delivery address, ensuring fast and affordable shipping services!
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We require photo evidence of the misprinted/damaged product.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
